Adam Barbe

Northside Team Lead

Adam has always had a passion for working alongside youth. After graduating from Vanguard College, he served in several pastoral roles, but over time realized that vocational church ministry wasn’t where God was ultimately calling him. Now, his love for youth and a renewed sense of calling have brought him to YU.

Adam serves as the Northside Team Lead, supporting both the Vault and the Cellar. He provides mentorship, coaching, and safe spaces, while cultivating creative ways for youth to experience the love of Christ.

Outside of youth work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, Julianna, and their dog, Oddie. He’s a fan of card games and never says no to an iced coffee in any form.
