Hadley Williams
Youth Support Worker
Hadley was first introduced to The Vault as a practicum student, and she is excited to continue walking alongside youth as a Youth Engagement Worker. With her own lived experiences as a vulnerable youth guiding her into this field, Hadley is deeply passionate about youth advocacy, cultural and spiritual empowerment, and creating a safe space for youth to feel seen, heard, and loved.
Hadley is currently in her second year of the Social Work Diploma program at Grant MacEwan University, and plans to continue her education through the Bachelor of Social Work degree. Hadley brings a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to her work, prioritizing a holistic perspective to the healing process. At The Vault, Hadley takes on a ‘Big Sister’ role. Whether she is providing a safe space for youth to share their story, advocating for the needs of youth, or providing a helping hand with homework, Hadley truly enjoys walking alongside youth through their healing and development journeys.
Besides her passion for social work, Hadley loves all things related to beauty and fashion. When she isn’t at work or studying, Hadley enjoys thrifting and spending time with her cat Rambo
